This Service is Currently Available in the Following Areas:

- Fiscal Planning and Analysis (Review and Forecast Key Revenues and Expenditures)
- Safe Schools (Building Evaluation and Planning)
- Student Transportation Analysis
- Food Service
- Human Resource Management
Procurement Review and Consultation: Evaluate Procurement Methods and Develop Requests for Proposals to Save Time and Money.
Policy Review: Assist with the Review and Development of Local Policies and Administrative Regulations.
Advocacy Efforts: Provide Support and Guidance on Ways to Increase the Educational and Financial Advocacy Efforts of Your School District.
Collaborative Service Coverage Through Devopar Consultants: In Some Cases, it is Difficult to Find One Interim Leader for a Vacancy. Devopar Consulting Offers a Model Where Multiple Consultants and Partners Can Be Assigned to Cover the Critical Daily Functions. Under a Hybrid Work Structure, Devopar Consultants May Be Utilized to Complete Key Tasks Ensuring the School District Meets Its Obligations Around Compliance and Legal Mandates. Through a Collaborative Effort, the Responsibilities of That Vacancy Will Be Reviewed, and a Plan Will Be Developed to Cover These Key Functions Until the Position is Filled. This Service Will Be Billed on an Hourly Rate Model.
