Comprehensive Planning: Assist With the Comprehensive Planning Process at the Central Office and School Building Levels.

Federal Programs: Consult on the Consolidated Application Goals, Performance, Processes and Compliance of the Implementation of Public and Non-Public Federal Program Plans.

School Improvement: Assist in the Implementation of a Cycle of Continuous Improvement at the School and District Level.

Academic Systems Audits: Evaluate the Effectiveness of the Current Academic Structures. Create Action Plans to Address Barriers Which Will Allow for Sustainable Change in the Following Academic Systems:

• Curriculum Review Systems;
• Instructional Framework Implementation; 
• Supervision/Evaluation Systems;
• Assessment Systems;
• Data Analysis Systems;
• Staffing at All Levels in All Departments (Redundancies and Needs); and
• Equitable Access for All Students.

Curriculum Development: Assist/Lead District Committees in the Development of Locally Designed Curriculum Based on State Standards in All Mandated Content Areas.
