School Improvement: Assist in the Implementation of a Cycle of Continuous Improvement at the School and District Level.

Academic Systems Audits: Evaluate the Effectiveness of the Current Academic Structures. Create Action Plans to Address Barriers Which Will Allow for Sustainable Change in the Following Academic Systems:

• Equitable Access for All Students.

Special Education Reviews: Review Legal Compliance, Service Delivery, Staffing and Professional Development as well as Other Performance Outcomes.

Curriculum Development: Assist/Lead District Committees in the Development of Locally Designed Curriculum Based on State Standards in All Mandated Content Areas.
