Leveraging over two decades of public sector leadership, including executive oversight of multi-million-dollar school construction projects, pre-construction feasibility studies, and complex real estate monetizations, Celmer guides administrative teams through the process of facility condition assessments and inventorying, capital budget alignment, and multi-year infrastructure forecasting. Participants gain practical tools to bridge district financial planning with capital project delivery, navigate public bidding structures, communicate complex facility needs to taxpayers, and ensure that institutional investments align directly with long-term educational goals.
