Candis Finan, Ed.D. - Dr. Candis M. Finan earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education/English from the Pennsylvania State University in 1972 and a Master of Science: Reading Education/Reading Supervisor in 1975 and Principal Certification in 1981 from the University of Scranton. Dr.Finan earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Administration from Fordham University in 1993. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators (PASA) and Alumni Associations for Fordham University and Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Finan served on the advisory board for the Salvation Army of Orange County, Port Jervis, NY; served on the Pike County Chamber of Commerce Board and held the positions of President, Vice-President, and Secretary of that organization. Dr. Finan is a founding member of the Lowe Lake Association, where she served as Secretary.
Chris Celmer, M.S. Ed - Mr. Celmer has over 20 years in the educational field and offers extensive administrative experience from his work as a Receiver Appointed Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and Chief Operations Officer. His work over the past 10 years was focused on financial and operational system improvements through the restructuring and reallocation of organizational resources. Mr. Celmer also served as an Adjunct Professor for the Reading Area Community College. Mr. Celmer can provide consultative support with leadership coaching and development, strategic planning, financial and academic data analysis, procurement, policy review, community relations, school operations and organizational change management.
Susan Sneath, Ed.D. - Dr. Sneath has over 28 years in the educational field and offers extensive administrative experience from her work as Chief Academic Officer, Assistant Superintendent, and Principal. Creating academic systems that provide continuous improvement of teaching and learning for ALL STUDENTS has been the focus of her career. She has done numerous statewide presentations; focusing on data-driven decision making, MTSS, human capital management and transformational leadership. Dr. Sneath can provide consultative support with leadership coaching, data analysis, school improvement, academic systems, equity reviews and organizational change management.

Dr. Mierzejewski has also served as an instructional coach for higher education faculty as well as teaching several graduate courses in principalship and superintendency. Colleen Matson-Forrester, M.S. Ed - Ms. Colleen Matson-Forrester earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary English Education and Communication from Temple University and a Master of Education in School Leadership along with a Principal Certification from Shippensburg University. Recently retired from the Harrisburg City School District, Colleen served as a Teacher, Instructional Coach and Lead Facilitator at the middle and high school levels. During her 37-year career in education, Colleen was Prince Edwards County’s 1992 Teacher of the Year and was nominated for the Virginia Teacher of the Year award. She was recognized as the 2018 Teacher of the Year by Harrisburg Public School’s Foundation and was selected to participate in the Harrisburg School District’s Teacher Leadership Academy. In 2022, Colleen was a presenter at the PDE Data Summit on implementing a system for conducting school-wide data charts.
Laura Fitzpatrick, Ed.D. - Dr. Fitzpatrick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Childhood Education – Language Arts & Mathematics from Cedarville University in 2013 and a Master of Education in Special Education from Concordia University in 2015. She went on to earn a Doctor of Education in Professional Leadership, Inquiry and Transformation from Concordia University in 2019. Dr. Fitzpatrick is an educational consultant specializing in curriculum development and instructional coaching. Dr. Fitzpartick is a proven servant leader who has designed holistic curriculum for at-risk students in after school programing (social, emotional, academic remediation & enrichment), and built community connections to promote citizenship, literacy and lifelong experiences.
Jacqueline (Jackie) Castleman, M.S. Ed - Ms. Jacqueline Castleman has over 35 years of experience in education. Beginning her career as a Speech/Language Therapist, she went on to positions in teaching, special education consulting, staff development, training and coaching. Over the past 10 years, she served as an early education principal and most recently retired from the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit – Harrisburg School District partnership where she served as a Director of Academics. Jacqueline has done numerous presentations focused on data analysis to improve student achievement.
Edmund (Ed) Gooch Jr., M.S. Ed - Mr. Gooch earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Millersville University in 1997 and a Master of Education in Teaching & Curriculum from Penn State University in 2003. He later went on to earn his Principal Certification K-12 from Penn State in 2009 and a Superintendent Letter of Eligibly from California University of PA in 2018. In his multiple prior positions in education, some of which included Director of Academics, Curriculum Coordinator, Statewide Continuous Improvement & Data Consultant and STEM Teaching and Learning Consultant, Mr. Gooch presented at statewide and national conferences on various topics and facilitated PA Inspired Leadership (PIL) Data Courses for administrators in Pennsylvania. Mr. Gooch is a member of multiple education organizations including: the Association for Supervision & Curriculum Development (ASCD), PA Association for Supervision & Curriculum and Development (PASCD), National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM), National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics (NCSM), National Science Teachers Association (NSTA), Learning Forward and Alumni Associations for Millersville and Penn State University. Previously, he served on the advisory board for Archie’s Place (2016-2021), as a Board Trustee for the S.P.A.R.K.S Foundation (2013-2019) and as a member of the Warwick School District Building and Property Committee (2013-2019).

Sarah Kelly – Ms. Kelly has over 18 years of experience in education. As a professional educator, she specializes in data analysis and strategic planning, instructional design and project management for K-12 math courses. Throughout her career in education, Ms. Kelly has severed as a Professional Facilitator in Data and Analytics, Educational Consultant and Mathematics Teacher.
Cheri Derr, Ed.D. - Dr. Cheri Derr earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary / Early Childhood Education from Millersville University in 1986 and a Master of Education in Special Education with Special Education Supervisory Certification from Penn State University in 2000. She later went on to earn her Superintendent Letter of Eligibly in 2015 and Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Wilkes University in 2017. Dr. Derr has over 36 years in the educational field and offers extensive leadership and experience from her work in the operation of special education and student services programs. Dr. Derr leads through developing strong relationships with her team and most recently retired from the Pennridge School District where she served as the Director of Pupil Services.
Carol Pitts - Mrs. Carol Pitts has over 24 years of experience in public school business. She graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. While serving in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Officer, she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from St. Martins College. Her first job after the Army was with the Renton School District in Washington State as the Capital Projects Accountant. When her family relocated to Pennsylvania, she returned to school business as the Assistant Business Manager at Muhlenberg School District, ultimately becoming Business Manager. In addition to Muhlenberg, Mrs. Pitts has worked at the North Penn School District, the Berks County Intermediate Unit and the Boyertown Area School District, retiring in 2020. She has experience in financial audit preparation, banking and investments, supervision of payroll and accounts payable, financial projections, budgeting, coordinating financial software upgrades, grant accounting and preparation of financial statements.

Morgan Horton - Ms. Morgan Horton has two decades of experience in development and communications. She has worked with nonprofit and public organizations in the areas of higher education, public and private K-12 education, human services, museums and environmental protection. Morgan’s areas of expertise include government and private grant writing and grant management, corporate and foundation relations, development communication, social media management, web design, public relations and graphic design. Morgan also has experience as an educator teaching foundational courses in the humanities at the post-secondary level.

Lori Lillis - Ms. Lori Lillis earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Planning and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. Over the past 30 years, she has served as a human resource professional with extensive experience in K-12 school settings. Recently retired, Lillis worked with the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit – Harrisburg School District Partnership as the Director of Human Resources and was a key member of the recovery team. Prior to MCIU, Lillis served as the Director of Human Resources for the Wilson School District. Ms. Lillis also offers unique experience working in county and higher education systems.

Kurt Myers - Mr. Kurt Myers earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Albright College in 1982 and an Associate of Specialized Technology (Chef Training) from the College at Walnut Hill (formerly known as the Restaurant School) in 1997. Having spent the past 25 years in the food service industry, he most recently served as the Food Service Director for the Reading School District earning the Superintendent’s Award of Excellence. To complement his extensive experience as a food service director in the education sector, Myers also has formal training and experience as a chef in multiple establishments.
Jonathan Ruffner - Mr.Jonathan Ruffner is a highly skilled and creative Foodservice Designer with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. With a passion for food, design and culinary innovation, Jonathan has become a sought-after expert in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing foodservice spaces. His expertise lies in transforming kitchens and dining areas into efficient, ergonomic and visually appealing environments that cater to the unique needs of each client. K-12 Foodservice Design is a specialized field that focuses on creating efficient and inviting foodservice facilities within educational institutions. As a foodservice design professional, he plays a vital role in designing school kitchens and dining spaces that meet the nutritional needs of students, comply with health and safety regulations and create a positive dining experience for young learners. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: needs assessment, compliance and regulations, space planning, equipment specification, efficiency, budget management, collaboration with architects and engineers in planning phases, health and safety protocols, menu and dietary considerations.
Angie Luvsan - Ms. Luvsan is the CEO and Founder of Devopar, LLC, a WBENC-Certified WBE. Angie has over 18+ years’ experience working in the hospitality, property management, construction industries. Angie offers a wide array of expertise in project management, preconstruction / construction administration along with all facets of private sector business and financial operations. Ms. Luvsan is widely known for her superior customer service skills, and client focused results. During her career, she has managed and provided direct oversight for $70+ million in school and commercial construction. Ms. Luvsan's diverse management experience includes Food Service Management, Property Management and Construction Advisory Services. Angie’s experience along with her ability to build committed partnerships in other business sectors is the foundation of Devopar.
Chris Celmer, M.S. Ed - Mr. Celmer has over 20 years in the educational field and offers extensive administrative experience from his work as a Receiver Appointed Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and Chief Operations Officer. Throughout his career, he has worked effectively with developers, contractors, inspectors and architects in executing over $60+ million in building construction and renovation projects.
Ashley Bottiglieri, Ed.D. - Dr. Ashley Bottiglieri, a passionate advocate of educational excellence and innovation, has over two decades of experience in educational leadership and administration. Currently serving as a director of technology, Dr. Bottiglieri has previously excelled as an education leadership consultant, instructional technology coordinator, and professional development facilitator. Her unwavering dedication lies in empowering educators and revolutionizing learning experiences for students through the use of transformative technologies. Dr. Bottiglieri's expertise spans a spectrum of fields including Mass Customized Learning, cutting-edge technologies, 1-to-1 technology initiatives and deployments, internet safety and digital citizenship and artificial intelligence. She has been recognized for her contributions through various publications and as a presenter at esteemed local, regional, national and international conferences.
