Executive Mentoring & Side-by-Side Coaching: The Development of Central Office Leadership in the Public School Setting Is Paramount in Ensuring That Organizational Change Efforts are Implemented in a Meaningful Way. From Creating a Shared Vision to Improving Educational Outcomes for All Students, Central Office Leaders Must Gain the Support of Stakeholders; Including But Not Limited to:

Devopar Offers the Opportunity for District Leadership to Problem Solve and Strategize with An Experienced and Objective, Executive Leadership Mentor. There are Many Competing Priorities Across Stakeholder Groups, But Commissioned Officers Must Work to Prioritize the Needs of the Organization to Create the Best Possible Environment for Successful Outcomes of All Students.  Devopar’s Billing Model of 15 Minute Increments Allows for Real Time Support for Matters That Require Immediate or Ongoing Attention.

Leadership Searches: Lead Search Processes for Filling Key Leadership Vacancies, From Middle Management Vacancies Through Executive Administration (Superintendents).


Advocacy Efforts: Provide Support and Guidance on Ways to Increase the Educational and Financial Advocacy Efforts of Your School District.


Expert Witness Services: Provide Expert Witness Services in Legal Cases Involving Educational Policy and Practices.

LEADERSHIP MENTORING AND SUPPORT (ACADEMICS & OPERATIONS)

Leadership Mentoring (On Call or Scheduled): The Accountability for Support Staff, Teachers, and Educational Leaders Has Never Been Greater. The Historic Labor Shortages Have Led to a Rapid Increase in Emergency Certified and Novice Teachers. The Teacher Shortage Has Propelled Newly Certified Administrators Into Educational Leadership Without the Benefit of Working Under Seasoned Administrators. To Retain and Grow a New Staff, a Significant Amount of Daily Leadership Support is Required. Devopar’s Coaching Support Model Can Help Building Level Leaders, Teachers and Support Staff Enhance Their Capacity.


Situational Leadership Support: Available from Middle Management Through Executive Administration. Devopar’s Billing Model of 15 Minute Increments Allows For Real Time Support for Matters that Require Immediate or Ongoing Attention. The Situational Support Model is Particularly Useful for School Districts Who Have:

  • Administrator Transitions (Internally or Externally);
